The Gravitational Electric Field

Wherever a current of energy is flowing there will be generated a corresponding magnetic field. You never have current flow without a magnetic field being generated, and a magnetic field is never found where current is not flowing. The lines of force of a magnetic field and an electric field are perpendicular to one another, as shown in the diagram above, in the white box. The red arrow would represent the force of the magnetic field while the blue line, which runs perpendicular, would represent the electric force.

We can see that the magnetic force is pulling the Smith Hydrogen cloud towards the center of the galaxy, but a powerful perpendicular electric force (a flowing current of energy) is pushing the hydrogen cloud to the side such that the cloud follows the rotation of the galaxy at the same time as it is pulled in by attraction of the magnetic force.

It is reasonable to assume that the lines of electric force follow the direction of the rotation of a body, since the body would still be rotating from the energetic vortex which created it. The above image shows a hypothetical experiment conducted by throwing objects with and against the force of the electric field on an object such as the moon, which has no atmosphere to interfere with the travel of a falling body. When a body is tossed in the direction of the rotation, we would expect a boost and a more curved trajectory while an object thrown against the current we would expect to see falling with a reduced curvature in its trajectory.
