Having had my say on the about the blood red sign on Mayday, and being already involved in an earthquake watch I have decided to now begin a suicide watch over America, as I watch American congressmen and other leaders slowly open the veins of the country. This suicide watch was inspired by the words of the House Republican leader on HardBall last evening. Apparently he's not to worried about California cracking off and sinking into the sea like that myth of Atlantis. Didn't bother him at all. Do they vote Democratic out there or what's the story? Well there must be some republicans in the North East, isn't there. Now suicidal policies have always been in vogue. As an example of the brainy sorts of thinking in this place, first you support corrupt oligarchies and dictators around the world, you know, like those fourteen families that 'own' El Salvador, (it is their private ranch) and you also prop up these people by sending Black helicopters around the planet, you know, to keep those rebellions down as land ownership is concentrated and slums fill up. Slums don't just happen you know. Well after doing this, you then spend trillions of dollars on bombs so the planet can be bombed to kingdom come, instead of spending those trillions on making the world a better place, which would render those bombs obsolete, but would also hurt the bomb stocks, which is probably why, although this is transparently obvious and the correct nonsuicidal policy it just doesn't get done. And besides those despots around the world don't want to risk losing the ranch and that takes guns, lots of guns. And terrorism too. Lots of terrorism. Torturing people, bulldozing peasants into ditches, throwing people out of planes, making people 'disappear' (abracadabra). You weren't expecting roses and a box of chocolates at the end of it all, now where you. Well given this long history of ruinously stupid policy we will need to spend trillions more (in their confused dreams by the way) you know, because of the violence. Ever notice how people aren't tearing each other to pieces in Sweden? But then they aren't as poor as a church mouse either, that poverty always leading to violence, as all the violence in the world is concentrated in the most despostic corrupted poverty stricken hell holes after all. Spending billions on bombs to bomb those poverty stricken festering sores won't help much, although it might terrorize the planet and thus maintain the status quo. Positively suicidal. That should be worth San Deigo doing the Atlantis thing, I would think. I just mention this in case anyone should wonder why the horrible things that are about to happen do in fact happen just as I have been warning this suicidal place they will...
But to return to the subject of suicide, to begin my suicide watch I present the contradictory teachings and opinions of the House Republican leader (by this mean contradicting the wiser advice of yours truly as well as the positions of yours truly on the situation in Israel not to mention the position of a whole host of Jewish prophets, who were thoroughly pissed off by this kind of thing as well, even if it doesn't bother ministers or the Republicans whom they vote for, you know, in the name of prophets and God and religion. The House leader opened a bleeding vein last evening after I had already issued my own warnings about the dangerous situation developing, thus proving to me anyway just how trifling he considers the whole situation, apparently being as blind as a bat, not to mention a little deaf as well. But apparently he was feeling suicidal. House Republican leader calls for expulsion of Palestinians. That should be worth a damn good quake in San Fransisco, let's say. Now let's go for L.A. shall we. The rest of the house is also feeling a little suicidal, preparing some more of that doggeral about 'Jewish self defense' and Palestinian 'violence' and 'corruption' and endorsing Israel's actions. This is not only suicidal, its also a little short sighted, since the powers that be at the top of the religious right will also shortly be committing suicide and going kamikazee, thus making this transparent bid to solidify that ever so important right wing church vote pointless. If I was in Congress from California I wouldn't vote for that thing, no matter how strong the Jewish lobby was out there, or how many religious right voters there were, because there ain't likely to be much call for a congress member for the state of Atlantis now would there. But maybe you are feeling a little suicidal lately. Or real extra brave, not to mention real recklessly stupid... But more on that house resolution later...Its still early in the day on the 2nd of May, day one of my suicide watch over America.
In the latest suicidal news, the U.S. government has expanded the axis of evil to include 3 more countries, Cuba, called a 'greatly underestimated threat to America', having been such a threat for over three decades now and thus become, one must assume, intolerable, and Syria, another Middle East country, which, like Iran, which co-operated with the American's last summer in planning the attack on Iraq, just like the Syrians did, is probably just as shocked as Iran was to find out that (thanks for the help) they are now part of the axis of evil and on the target list for World War III as the government carries on with their plan to bomb their way out of the slumping stock market depression. (It's always good to have at least some of those bomb stocks so you can always be sure that at least one part of your porfolio will out perform the rest of the market.) In other suicidal developments, the its not a mad cow policy which passes for a mad cow policy is still official policy, but given the suicidal nature of even going near that thing with a ten foot pole I suppose one can understand. As well both Rumsfeld and the secretary of the army are battling over whether or not to spend billions on some certain type of missile the army wants, while Rumsfeld wants to sink the money into high tech things (called 'the future military', star wars, bombing from space, and so on, thus in his estimation making that plain army missile old news, and not worth the cash, especially when you consider the trillions that need to be scraped up for that army of the future thing.) And finally, the Americans pulled out of another treaty, this time the one about a world court. Add this one to the Global warming treaty, also ditched, and lots of other policies like that, and you can see the suicidal tendencies emerging...
