At about the same time George Bush attended the Genoa summit, and once again the intelligence community came through with what turned out to be an extremely accurate intelligence analysis. According to the reports at the time Osama Bin Laden and Al Queda were planning to assassinate Bush at the Genoa summit using a passenger jet as a flying bomb. Therefore all airports in Genoa were closed and civilian passenger jets were kept away from Genoa. The skies over the summit were patrolled by jet fighters. The summit was ringed by anti-aircraft batteries. George Bush did not stay in Genoa with the other participants in the Summit but rather spent the evenings on an American Navy ship, the aircraft carrier, USS Enterprise in the harbor, bristling with anti-aircraft guns.
For over a year and half there has been no investigation of September 11th. Rather there has been stone-walling. The one attempt that was made to commence a whitewash of the whole problem (by appointing Henry Kissinger as the lead investigator) went no where, reportedly due to the outrage among the 9-11 families when they heard that Henry Kissinger was to lead the investigation.
It is also extremely curious that while the American extreme right wing is looking for either a whitewash investigation or hoping to stonewall forever and ever, the American ‘progressive left' (to use a broad definition intended to include many different groupings), well the left is also ‘stone walling'. The administration has not had its feet held to the fire, let's put it that way. It's not like they have their hands full trying to keep a lid on the 9-11 investigation. Its not like the ‘progressive left' has been building momentum on this issue, keeping the administration so busy trying to deflect the extremely damaging criticism that must result from any 9-11 investigation (up to and even including the tantalizing possibility of impeaching this administration). No the administration is not under pressure and thus their hands are free to engage in more important and pressing business, such as bombing a ruined third world wreck of a nation that poses no imminent threat to the United States, a nation where almost half of the population is children, a nation that was starved under the ruthless sanctions regime, resulting in half a million deaths among these same children, also the number of casualties the United Nations has been predicting will be the result of the upcoming war.
(Was not Tony Blair's recent speech a towering monument to hypocrisy? Who supported Saddam during the war with Iran? Who supplied him with money, chemical weapons to use on the Iranians, bullets, bombs and missiles? Who was responsible for the policy of starving the Iraqi people under the sanctions regime in the hopes of ‘weakening the regime of Saddam'? Which nation had to try to cut thousands of pages out of the United Nations weapons report that Blair also sanctimoniously demanded that Iraq provide to the United Nations by such and such or date, OR ELSE. When some good person leaked the entire uncensored weapons report which nation was revealed to have heavily armed Saddam, which nation was responsible for ‘the millions of deaths' that Blair hypocritically railed against? Was not his speech a towering monument to propaganda. They weave cobwebs, they spin webs of lies, these people. No one enters an honest plea before the court, they rely on mischief and conjure up wickedness. They lay vipers eggs and hatch dragons. No one could be expected to cloth themselves with the cob webs they weave, and anyone who eats their rotten eggs will bring nothing but death and misery to the planet, for only rottenness can ever hatch from such rotten, rotten eggs.)
This bizarre de facto coalition of sorts that exists between the American left and the American right, this blockade that is in place to stall an investigation of 9-11, requires analysis and explanation (it is after all, just that weird). On the left there is a de facto campaign in place, which starts with the gate keepers and those who are considered leaders of the left, to control the types of questions that can be asked (ask the wrong question and you become a ‘conspiracy theorist' and are then subjected to character assassination). The weirdness of this prevailing situation is made all the more incomprehensible when you consider that there are many among the left who are protesting the upcoming war with Iraq, some even blocking trains, attempting to foil the plans of the American Military Industrial Complex while at the same participating in the same stone walling being practiced by the Extreme Right Wing in the United States when it comes to suppressing all discussion of the events on September 11th and not exerting any pressure for an investigation into the events leading up to that fateful day. This is quite strange when you consider that September 11th is at the very heart of the wars they protest, and there would be no war now if it were not for the empowerment of the hawkish extremists that was the naturally occurring consequence of 9-11.
The stone walling that comes down from the very top of the hierarchical leadership structure on the left usually takes the form of containing all criticism within narrowly defined boundaries. It is typical to demand that the ‘system' and its ‘processes' be subjected to a ‘leftist analysis' so that we can get to the bottom of the ‘systemic intelligence failure' that led directly to the events of September 11th. The obvious flaw in this campaign of stone walling and containment is that there was no intelligence failure. September 11th was predicted, and the intelligence was good enough that it kept John Ashcroft alive so that today he can be found running the paper shredder for the right wing extremists who are finally achieving that cherished goal of destroying the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Separation between Church and State, and many other fundamental freedoms and liberties that Americans have always taken for granted (as though they assumed that this was just the way things are and the way they would always be). The intelligence agencies once again produced acceptable results in that they kept George Bush alive long enough to begin the bombardment of Iraq, in great furious haste to finally be able to begin the shedding of innocent blood, so furious is the great haste that the administration has been, like Tony Blair, furiously spinning hypocritical cob webs and in furious haste to lay those rotten eggs so that they can finally hatch a destructive dragon. None of this can wait, the delay must be unbearable.
Even the hierarchical leadership, the door keepers of the left must agree in the end that America did not experience a great ‘intelligence failure' prior to 9-11 and so once again we find ourselves being led to divert attention to examining the ‘failures in the process' and the various ‘systemic failures' that are embedded in the system itself. The system requires analysis and criticism, and to stray from this fore ordained path is to once again be tarred and feathered as a ‘conspiracy theorist' and subjected to character assassination. Tragically even the 9-11 families, who are the most powerful force behind the drive for an investigation of 9-11, perhaps even just about the only force, the hierarchy of the left having put the issue on the back burner, well even these families have been led astray and I have heard them asking that they want answers that will finally explain this failure in the systemic policies that are part of the flawed ‘system' so that ‘this will never happen again.' How sad.
Once again this diversionary tactic proves to be bogus, for the failure, when you track it down to its source, is certainly a failure in the system, and the failure lies in the system wide subordination to hierarchical leadership, the Fuhrer principle, which centers all power in ‘leaders' at the top of the hierarchical pyramid.
We can say that it is the Fuhrer principle that is the systemic flaw that an investigation of 9-11 brings under condemnation, because our Fuhrers knew and yet they did nothing. Well, they did nothing except protect their own sorry asses. Those who want to deflect this searing indictment of the Fuhrer state and focus our attention on ‘processes' and ‘systemic failures' in ‘procedures' will need to answer the following simple question - why does the system perform flawlessly when it comes to protecting the Fuhrers and only become a problematic failure when it comes to protecting the serf? Once again this line of reasoning goes nowhere, for we find ourselves back where we were heading in the first place, and a searing indictment is leveled against the Fuhrer state and the Fuhrer principle itself. Seems that hierarchical leaders cannot deflect criticism of the principles of hierarchy no matter which way they attempt to turn the investigation of 9-11. We wind up straying into the forbidden zone of ‘conspiracy theories' no matter which the wind winds up blowing. The current is just that strong, and even the strongest wind just cannot succeed in blowing us off course.
Which is why we have stone walling and no 9-11 investigation. The shuttle blew up. Immediately we have an investigation. The Fuhrer principle is not at stake nor will the principles of hierarchical leadership be severely attacked and so the investigate proceeds promptly. A nightclub burns down and an investigation commences immediately. Once again the Fuhrers are safe, and so there turns out to be no need to stone wall. But even the cursory investigation of 9-11 such as the one that I outlined above, is like a dagger poised over the very heart of the Fuhrer state, and so in the case of one of the most devastating occurrences in modern times, there is no investigation, only endless stonewalling, and that stonewalling takes place on both the left and the right, wherever hierarchical leadership is found, since it is the principle of hierarchy, the belief in class divisions between the leaders and the led which is the object of our attack this time, and so then, one can assume, we find this curious coalition develop between the Fuhrer of the left and the Fuhrer of the right, who, despite their differences, have this one thing in common. According to this sort of ‘leftist analysis' the problems in modern society require as their solution only the playing of musical chairs, and therefore it becomes necessary that the chairs remain in place. What we require is not a new way of living, a decentralization of power, but rather what we require is the Correct Fuhrer.
This search for the Correct Fuhrer is often found to be at the core of much leftist activity. Criticism will be allowed if it is criticism of an individual Fuhrer, but criticism will not be tolerated if its is criticism of the Fuhrer state and the Fuhrer principle, since this would rob the Correct Fuhrer of his center of power, his authoritarian control over society, his ability to ‘make all the decisions.'
Now one criticism of my approach that I can anticipate is that I am ‘attempting to split the left' and we don't need that now. War protests make strange bedfellows, and we will make allies with anyone now, just so long as they are anti-war. I would reply that I am in no way attempting to ‘split the left'. Rather I would prefer to split the left and the Fuhrers of the left. Splitting the leadership of the left is highly desirable, even at a time such as this one, since it will put an end to all the harmful stone walling that keeps the Fuhrer principle intact, which keeps the Fuhrer enthroned, and keeps his word as empowered as the word of a god, so that the fate of millions of lives hangs in the balance, awaiting the Fuhrers ‘decision' (as though the Fuhrer had not yet ‘made up his mind'). If you consider the matter even briefly, you can see that my approach is a form of anti-war protest as well, and much more damaging and threatening than ‘train stopping' could ever be.
I should point out that I respect the train stoppers, and especially what took place in Italy, where the government defied the constitution, which requires a parliamentary debate before allowing military trains to use Italian territory. The Fuhrer at this time, using his authority, gave the Fuhrer order that the trains must be allowed to go through, and there was this spontaneous uprising, train stopping, and blockades of military bases, which I find admirable. In the end, train stopping is probably futile, especially in America, where the situation is different, and train stoppers could find themselves getting twenty years on a trumped up charge terrorism dished out by the extreme right wing. However, this is not to say that I am opposed to train stopping provided that people understand clearly the risks. In Italy this entails the risk of getting the crap beat out of you by those same cops that beat up everyone at Genoa. In America is entails the risk of having the Fuhrer pass a new Fuhrer law on sedition which then will get you locked up for years (its just that easy, ask Johnny how easy it is to tear up the constitution and every civil right, how easy it is to concentrate even more power in the hands of the Fuhrer. Ask congress who ceded the power to declare pre-emptive war into the hands of the Fuhrer, creating an emperor, with ever increasing powers).
I respect the train stoppers, especially all those admirable train stoppers and striking dock workers and train engineers and entire villages of Italy who responded to the latest Fuhrer order with a spontaneous uprising and direct action in the form of civil disobedience. However, given how damaging to the Fuhrer state a 9-11 investigation really is, given the things I alluded to above, I insist that you should do the one without forgetting to do the other.
What can we say about a progressive left or an anti-war movement that goes out to battle after being told to leave their cannons at home. They will launch their attack under equipped for war, taking only their BB guns and their sling shots, for fear that they might launch cannon balls at the very heart of the Fuhrer state. This unacceptable and intolerable situation can continue. The situation is to grave and much to serious for that, and the fault lies with the door keepers, the Fuhrers of the left, and not with the rank and file. If there is a fault with the rank and file it is that they look for a Fuhrer, desperately searching for a Fuhrer. Perhaps a ‘courageous congressman' or a glorious leader to extoll and whose banner they can carry. This is not true for all, but is certainly true for some, and probably far to many, since they have bred from birth to serve the Fuhrer state and all to often their experience with the left has continued this training in subordination, this compulsion to play follow the Fuhrer.
Now let us assume that we do manage to get a genuine 9-11 investigation. By genuine I mean that the congress is not allowed to hijack the affair, and thus we can be sure, channel that investigation in such a way as to protect the Fuhrer principle. This will involve a whitewash, of course, since although the Fuhrers all have questions to answer, as you can tell from even my very cursory 9-11 investigation sketched out above, somehow a way must be found to avoid any criticism of the ‘systemic failures' of the Fuhrer state and the Fuhrer principle itself. A hierarchy must be called into question, without calling into question the principles of hierarchical leadership. This thorny problem explains why there has been no 9-11 investigation, only stone walling, since no one has ever found a way to accomplish this feat, not on the left and not on the right. Every avenue of investigation leads inevitably right to the top, to the office of the Fuhrer, and brings into question not just a single Fuhrer, which would be acceptable, but rather the ‘system wide failure' that has been the object of ‘leftist' analysis in recent times turns out to be a systemic failure in the Fuhrer principle itself.
There is a further impetus which drives this stone walling among the elite on the left, and that is that at this stage of the game a 9-11 investigation, with the tantalizing prospect of the impeachment of a Fuhrer dangling in the air before us, also results in the impeachment of the hierarchical leadership of the left. And so the hierarchy of the left must form a truly strange alliance with the Nixon White House, since they both risk impeachment. You see it is one of the truly marvelous moral laws embedded in the very substance of the universe, the very fabric of human existence, that sin always leads to a trap and a snare. Each day of stone walling that goes by, the hierarchy of the left is left wide open to impeachment. As for the Nixon White House the Fuhrers there face to unpalatable prospects. Perhaps they were imcompetent goons, who while being clever enough to protect their own asses, were to foolishly stupid to protect the public. Airport security would have done the trick. You know, just one Fuhrer order would have prevented the disaster. And when power is so concentrated in the office of the Fuhrer in this world, how hard could that be. Just one more of those Fuhrer orders. The Fuhrer can suspend habeas corpus, something you might think would be real tough to override with a simple Fuhrer decree, and yet it is done. The Fuhrer can even issue Fuhrer orders calling for the destruction of civil rights and the rights guaranteed by the constitution, and that might be considered a tough thing to pull off, but look and admire the great power of the Fuhrer. But issuing a Fuhrer decree to scan someone with a wand at an airport and check their bags, well that goes beyond the meagre authority of our Fuhrers. While we are constantly led astray by being told that we must contain our criticism to analyzing the ‘systemic failures of our intelligence gather system' there just is no way to have a 9-11 investigation without questioning the failure of the Fuhrers, which then leads to the conclusion that the systemic failure in our system lies not in long lists of boring procedures in the FBI or CIA but rather in the concentration of power in the hands of door keepers, of Fuhrers, who must then be shielded and kept safe from being assigned blame for their failures.
One pseudo-criticism coming from the hierarchy of the left states that it would be impossible for 9-11 to have occurred as part of some ‘conspiracy' to allow it to happen (so as to empower the extreme right wing) for this would involve a conspiracy so vast that sooner or later it would be exposed, and thus the American system protects its citizens from such conspiratorial conduct due to the very nature of the system itself. However, it is not necessary to have a vast conspiracy of folks conspiring to hide the approaching disaster that was 9-11. Remember, we live in the Fuhrer state. All that is required is that the Fuhrer stone wall and delay. Stone wall and delay, except of course where the Fuhrer's ass is on the line, when, you will notice, there was no delay. Now one can also consider the ‘vast conspiracy' that was concocted to both concentrate power in the hands of the emperor and lead the nation into war that was known as ‘the Gulf of Tonkin incident.' Now according to ‘leftist analysis' there is no way such a vast conspiracy could have happened in America. How could they ever have hidden such a vast conspiracy? Not possible. This is America after all, and not Germany in the thirties where such things could transpire. The phony ‘Gulf of Tonkin' conspiracy was hatched by the Fuhrers, and was successful in both granting the Emperor the power to declare war, a power that previous to that time was invested in Congress, and also led the nation right into the long, bloody Vietnam war. The difference between the Gulf of Tonkin conspiracy is that the Tonkin business was an active conspiracy. It required active agents who maintained secrecy and pulled the conspiracy off with finesse, while 9-11 did not require an active conspiracy busy concocting the fraud. No, 9-11 was different from the Tonkin conspiracy in that all that was required in the former case was stonewalling and delay. After all it was known to be coming. As everyone knows, even the leftist ‘conspiracy critics' the intelligence was all in place. It was coming and therefore no conspiracy was required, only delay and stone walling and patience. The nature of the Fuhrer state and the systemic flaws embedded in the Fuhrer system itself made this possible. After all, can anything be done without a word from the Fuhrer.
Sin always leads to a trap and a snare. It is a marvelous moral law firmly entrenched in the very fabric of our existence and this whole 9-11 (non) investigation is one of the most wonderful illustrations of the point. Either the Fuhrers are incompetent and thus the Fuhrer system itself is subject to harsh criticism and power must now devolve downward, or the Fuhrers sat on their thumbs and waited, in which case the Fuhrer ideology itself is revealed for the dangerous, cancerous thing that it really is, and once again it must be dismantled. Furthermore, even the hierarchical powers and the door keepers of the left are not immune to this great law of sin and following retribution, for every delay, every day that goes by that the power of the Fuhrer remains unchecked, the Fuhrers of the left are subject to the exact same criticism. Either they are grossly incompetent, thus calling into question not just their own leadership, but also the dangerous concept of organizing any progressive movement on hierarchical principles, or they are attempting to protect the Fuhrer system so that someday a leftist Fuhrer can play musical chairs. In doing so they empowered the office of the Fuhrer, were themselves directly implicated in the violations of citizens rights and yes, given that the authority of the Fuhrer to issue those Fuhrer orders was left unchallenged, you know, so it would be there for the Correct Fuhrer of the left when the time came, well in that case the hierarchy of the left finds themselves soaked in blood, the blood of hundreds of thousands of innocent children in Iraq who perished on the orders of the Fuhrer. Sin always leads to a deadly trap and unavoidable snares. There are always only two roads ahead - the path of repentance or the road that leads to ever increasing ruin and destruction. So then I repeat a demand that I made previously, and that is that everyone on the left do something righteous on this matter for a change. Repent therefore and sin no more so that your former sins can be wiped out, and then perhaps a time of refreshment may come upon us all.
So then I have questions for any 9-11 inquiry, extremely damaging questions which I am not being allowed to ask, having been locked out by the door keepers, which I have encapsulated previously as follows...It's not a 'conspiracy theory'. Its a simple question. It deserves to be simply asked and simply answered. And I sure as hell don't want Henry Kissinger asking the questions, either. Come on Johnny, if you can take a few minutes off, from that job of yours of shredding the American constitution and destroying everything America stands for, maybe you can tell me why you did nothing Johnny, except when it was your own ass on the line. Come on Johnny. Its not a conspiracy theory. Its a simple question. Come on Johnny. Tell us all. tell the world. How about you George. Why did you sit on your thumb and do nothing, except when it was your own ass on the line in Genoa. Huh? Inquiring minds want to know. Come on George. Tell us all. Tell the world. You didn't seem to shocked on 911. But then it had to happen sooner or later, right. Come on George. Its a simple question. Tell us all, George. Tell the world...
Now I have issued a call to stop all the sinfulness on the left, in particular among the hierarchy and the doorkeepers and the agenda setters of the left, but let us assume the worst here and thus prepare ourselves for the worst. Therefore I direct the rest of my comments specifically to the ‘subordinated serfs of the left.'
Now let us assume that the leadership on which you have always relied remains on the road to impeachment. Where does this leave you, foot soldier? In a tough spot no doubt, for, after all, all your life you have been trained to support hierarchy, and stripped of this crutch you must find yourself confused. You look vainly for a leader to follow, but you find no one. You look for organization, but there is none, for light, but around you is nothing but encroaching darkness. You look for justice and righteousness, but find none. You moan and groan like a dove, for truth remains far from you and justice has perished from the land. Meanwhile the little rights that you did have are being run through the shredder, and the little serfs of Iraq are about to be disposed of by the powerful, by the Fuhrers, on whose word the weak and the helpless must surrender their lives, either on battle fields, fighting Fuhrer wars, or under a rain of bombs, while Fuhrers are kept safe and warm, being just that important. Fuhrers must make the big decisions, deciding which babies will get their heads blown off, and so they must remain alive to perform the all important duties of a Fuhrer, so that they can make these really tough decisions. They must decide to allow close to forty million to starve in Africa, when they could be saved for two percent of the amount spent on bribes to various countries to buy their votes in the United Nations. These are big decisions, and they require a really big Fuhrer to make them. They must also decide that starving nations must make their interest payments on their loans on time. These are big decisions, made by big Fuhrers. They are just that important. Well they are just that powerful.
As for you, little surf, you will certainly be encourage to criticize the Fuhrer, but not the Fuhrer principle. You must ask questions, but not the ‘wrong questions'. You can lobby the Fuhrers of the world. You can seek mercy at their hands. You can empower yourself, provided that you do not devolve power. You can vent your frustrations and moralize on a soap box when the bombs begin to rain down and the paper shredders run full speed. But in the end, little serf, you are just a serf, and so you see, they have taught you from birth that you are powerless, and you just don't really matter.
What to do?
What I say is this. First continue to do what you have been doing (if it makes sense to you - lobbying the U.N. and turning to the Fuhrers does not make sense. As a U.N. diplomat reported last week, he was told by Washington that ‘you will not be deciding if there is going to be a war. That has already been decided. All you need to decide is whether you are going to be onboard.' In otherwords, the big fight in the United Nations and the 50 billion dollar bribes are all about supplying the emperor with a fig leaf, since you see the grand peace movement is quite weak, since there are so many that will change and become ‘pro-war' if enough Fuhrers tell them its alright. Just one Fuhrer apparently isn't enough for them, but either way, its the same war.)
So I say, continue what you are doing, if it makes sense to you, but do the one thing without forgetting to do the other. What I mean is that you disregard the gate keepers of the left, the Fuhrers of the left, and join yourself with the campaign to impeach George W. Bush, by investigating the events of 9-11. In the process you may also impeach the hierarchical leadership of the left, but so be it, for you see, little serf, this is how you empower yourself, by destroying the credibility of the Fuhrer state and destroying the luster of the glorious Fuhrer principle itself (and not by playing musical chairs, by looking for THE CORRECT FUHRER).
You will be told all sorts of reasons not to do this, and each time you should understand what motivates these stalling tactics, as I have sketched out for you above. For example you will be told that ‘it is very questionable whether an attempt to impeach George Bush will succeed. Consider the legal case. Is it strong enough?' However, you keep in mind that this issue goes far beyond impeaching one single Fuhrer, but rather it cuts to the very heart of the Fuhrer state itself. Destroying the credibility of George Bush as Fuhrer is more than enough reward, and in the process the credibility of the office of emperor will be destroyed and this is reward enough. So join in campaign to Impeach George W. Bush and to hell with those worry planting nay sayers. The rewards are enormous no matter how this turns out.
If you require a group around you, but cannot escape the Fuhrer principle wherever you turn, then perhaps it is time for you to consider finding some anarchists. In this way you can be part of a group, while at the same time exploring non-hierarchical human inter-relationships. I ask you to avoid angered, frustrated anarchists who want to do futile things like burn down a Starbucks. Find those anarchists, who like myself, want to destroy the Fuhrer principle. (Hey, does the Fuhrer wipe his ass when he shits? Just wondering...) Now certainly one person can make a difference, and it is this concept that anarchist struggle with - how can it be that one person ‘leads' without actually being a Fuhrer. In response to this struggle let me say that one person can make a difference but a true ‘leader' does not concentrate power, you know, so as to become that ever so hoped for Benevolent Fuhrer who then uses that great concentration of power to save the world. Rather the true leader is a servant, and everything that is done is done for the greater good, not personal aggrandizement. A servant does not constantly expropriate power, does not coerce or use violent force, but rather a true servant understands the POWER OF THE WORD and also understands the moral law of sin and retribution that is seen working itself through all of tragic human history on this god forsaken planet. Therefore a servant is not coercive, but can be patient, in the sure and certain confidence of victory, even when events take evil and sinful turns. At the end of the day a servant is simply someone who does their duty, and thus there is no point of pride, for they in doing ones duty one is not doing something praise worthy but only what common decency requires.
If the Fuhrer state is to be destroyed, what we require is CRITICAL MASS. And that is all that we require. Consider a nuclear reaction. One atomic particle bumps against another, and it no longer retains the cohesion that it once had, but rather it splits, and bumps another, which bumps another, until critical mass is achieved and the result is a massive explosive release of energy. This critical mass is what we require, not a Fuhrer to carry the banner. We require critical mass, where the one becomes ten, and then the ten becomes a hundred, until finally the explosive energy which has been contained by suppressing the investigation of 9-11 is finally released. This is a marvelous example of sin and inevitable retribution, of the deadly traps and snares that those who sin get tangled in, time and time again, and its power is enormous (which is why humanity is so often oppressed, for sin leads to the use of oppressive power simply to contain this explosive release of destructive power. Where there is oppression and tyranny there is sin, and since in the end the power of the Fuhrer state is an illusion, and relies entirely on the suspension of disbelief and the delusion, when this credibility is destroyed even great tyrannies fall into the dust of the earth. It is a constantly recurring pattern in human history so TAKE HEART and do not lose faith or confidence.)
What we require is critical mass. This will lead to the downfall of many Fuhrers, both on the right and, tragically, on the left. Many will be impeached, and when you encounter such fierce resistance from the left, when you are subjected to scorn, the threat of excommunication, are subjected to character assassination and ridicule keep this thought firmly in mind, and MARCH ON. Many will be impeached, and whether they are impeached according to the legal definition of the term is a canard, another distraction, a red herring. Yes, many will be impeached, both on the right and on the left, and is that really such a bad thing?
What we require is critical mass, and the devolution of power. Yes, one person really can make a difference AND THAT INCLUDES YOU! So then carry on with what you are doing, if it makes sense to you, but while you do the one, I appeal to you, one atom at a time if I must, I appeal to you to remember to do the other as well, as I have sketched out for you above. I appeal to certain fringe anarchists to learn to deal with their furious frustration at the injustice of it all, and do some REAL DAMAGE FOR A CHANGE. Burning down a Starbucks is not real damage. However when you understand the great moral law of sin and retribution, when you see oppression, you will know and understand that hidden there, buried in the great smog of propaganda, the distractions of worthless argument and futile attempts to deceive or lead astray, there lies the very explosive force that releases a great wave of destruction far worse than burning down any StarBucks could ever achieve. We require critical mass, one atom at a time, and therefore there are no serfs here, and there are no powerless people here, but if the truth be told, the amazing truth, what we have here are the most powerful people on earth, far more powerful than the Fuhrers, which is why throughout human history Fuhrers have attempted to trample them underfoot. I appeal to you today in the hopes that you will come to understand the nature of your power and then being to understand how to most effectively use it to destroy the Fuhrer state, and who knows, if it happens in good time, perhaps stop a disgusting war as well.
For there is always both seed time and harvest, a time to plant and then a time to reap, a time such as this, when the berries are ripening on the bush, and the grapes of wrath hang heavily on the vines.
A disturbing trend has developed in the United States of America. A wide spread corruption has spread through American society, and the end result is that the principles of common morality and the spirit of the Law are now no longer respected by those who consider themselves to be the powerful, who consider themselves above the law. When powerful people are suspects in a criminal investigation we find that first they refuse to obey a summons, stone wall the justice system, and simply by refusing to participate in their own trial they can effectively circumvent the system of the justice. Furthermore, they also feel free to appoint their own ‘impartial investigator', in this case Henry Kissinger, a partisan Republican who we were expected to believe was going to ‘investigate' the suspicious activities surrounding the events of September 11th. We are also faced with the prospect of the suspects, being ever so powerful, also appointing their own judges, their own juries, so far above the law have the powerful of the land become that even this sort of ridiculous conduct is tolerated without anyone being all to surprised. This sort of conduct is expected from the powerful since they are ‘powerful' while those who live under their power give in to cynicism and often allow themselves to believe that there really isn't anything that anyone can do (for the powerful are considered to be a force that cannot be resisted).
It goes without saying that this same contempt for the law, and for the statutes and the rights that have long defined American society, all did not remain contained within American society, but rather is even now making its effects felt around the world, so that truly no one, in any nation, can claim to be immune from its poisonous effects. Contempt is shown for the principles of International Law, International criminal courts are treated with the same arrogant disrespect as American domestic law, and allies, such as the government of Israel, are aided and abetted, even encouraged to engage in criminal and lawless deeds, executing people without trials (I guess we will just have to take the governments word for it), stealing land, punishing the innocent for those reputed to be the guilty (who are also denied trials and the opportunity for defense), violating the Geneva Convention, despising all principles of International Law, and doing so with complete impunity, since they have the protection of the powerful, who have also placed themselves above the law (like father, like son) and themselves are guilty of treating the principles of justice and morality with the same arrogant contempt as their client states.
Now one of the first principles of justice demands that we do not acquit the guilty or condemn the innocent. It seems clear to me that any official investigation of 9-11 will inevitably involve the roasting of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. This seems to be the direction in which any official white washed is headed. This in spite of the fact that even apologists understand that the intelligence agencies did not fail in that the intelligence existed and was recognized many months before 9-11. Furthermore, this intelligence information reached the very highest levels of government, causing Ashcroft to swear off civilian aviation during the summer of 2001. As well the Summit at Genoa, several months before 9-11 occurred, was ringed by anti-aircraft guns, restrictions were placed on passenger jets, while Bush was housed on a Navy ship, bristling with anti-aircraft guns, so great was the concern at the time that intelligence indicated that suicide bombers were planning to use passenger jets as flying bombs, and that the risk was particularly high for an operation of this type to be carried out during the summer and fall of 2001.
Hitting the Trifecta
Now you might recall how a 'whistle blower' named Crowley appeared to complain that the FBI had to many layers of beaurocracy. Very rarely is a true whistle blower celebrated in congress and praised by her bosses, but that is what happened this time. (Normally whistle blowers get into a lot of hot water, become unemployable, and pushed into the wilderness, denied opportunities and promotions, despite legislation that is supposed to protect them.) I am not suggesting that Crowley's complaints about the beaurocracy at the FBI were not feelings she might have sincerely held, but we know that despite whatever flaws there might have been in the beaurocracy at the FBI, the intelligence regarding the dangers posed by Osama bin Laden to the nations passenger jets worked its way right to the top, and convinced Ashcroft to stop taking passenger jets during the summer of 2001. So her complaints were invalid as a description of a systemic failure at the FBI, and rather what we are left with is a systemic failure at the very top of the totem pole, where great power has been concentrated, and thus becomes wide open to abuse. Crowley was feted as a 'whistle blower' only because her complaints drew attention away from the top and focused it below on FBI beaurocrats, and her criticism also conveniently fit into the agenda of imposing a super domestic spy agency on the country (the notorious Total Information Awareness which is temporarily in limbo).
Recently such people as Ramsey Clark have written articles of impeachment against George W. Bush. While I sympathize with the effort, and feel that the grounds are also legally sound, politically this effort is inadequate, and yes, sometimes you do have to get down and fight and roll and in the muck. Its called politics. The strongest grounds for impeachment of George W. Bush will in the end prove to be obstruction of justice, the poisoned arrow that brought down the Nixon White House. To this day even the 9-11 families, arguably the most powerful latent political force in America at the present time, have not been able to force through an investigation of 9-11, the stonewalling at the top being just that powerfully entrenched, but this can't last forever. And here we begin to see the grounds for obstruction of justice being firmly established by the main subjects of our investigation, and so in the long run, you can see how that is not such a bad thing after all.
I should warn you that attempts have been made by the establishment progressive media in America to squelch this investigation of 9-11. It is wide spread and prevalent, but that won't last forever either.

My suggestion here is that this line of action is much more powerful and will be much more fruitful and productive over the long run than simply carrying signs and marching. Think about it... There is something here that is painfully obvious and it is only a matter of recognizing this fact, and then deciding what you are going to do about it. Will you take action, or will you join the powerful forces that are currently working to obstruct justice in the United States of America? How Bush Hit the 'Trifecta' on 9/11--and the Public Lost Big-Time

Bush, in the weeks before September 11, pledged to honor the sanctity of the Social Security lockbox except in the event of recession, war, or a national emergency. But after "everything changed" on 9/11, he reportedly gloated to his budget director, Mitch Daniels, "Lucky me--I hit the trifecta!" At the time, this comment (a variation of which is being recycled for laughs at current GOP fundraisers) seemed merely offensive. But in light of revelations that Bush's August 6 briefing memo was titled "Bin Laden Determined to Strike U.S.," Bush's "luck" and weird prescience are worth more than passing scrutiny.
Whenever someone is suspected of a crime, investigators look for a motive in addition to actual proof of guilt to determine, a posteriori, whether there was malice aforethought. In cases of criminal negligence, motive must also be deduced, a priori, to answer the question: were preventive failures due to craftiness or mere cluelessness?
The serial apologists of the Bush Is Not Stupid crowd are rather incongruously opting for the latter, this in the wake of the scandal about pre-9/11 failures to issue precisely the kinds of public warnings and security directives that accompanied the also "non-specific" Y2K threats. For now, it is difficult to say who knew what when because the administration is not exactly being forthcoming, preferring instead to use the scandal as an excuse to broaden the FBI's snoop powers. However: there was a potential motive for the administration to sit on perceived terrorist threats.
Think back to the days before 9/11. The topic on everyone's lips (Condit aside) was: what will happen when budget realities force Bush to raid Social Security? He had explicitly promised during his campaign to establish a contingency fund for severe emergencies that would keep Social Security untouched. But the economy was tanking and the costs of the tax cut made the raid inevitable. Even Daniels acknowledged that the government would be forced to tap Social Security to the tune of $14 billion to fund pending legislation. Strangely, Bush kept insisting, "We can work together to avoid dipping into Social Security." But, beginning August 24, he gave himself an escape clause: "I've said that the only reason we should use Social Security funds is in case of an economic recession or war." (Three days earlier he had said that there should be "special consideration" in the budget for these contingencies. Otherwise, this was completely new rhetoric.)
September 4: businessman and commentator Ben Cohen ran a mock "help wanted" ad reading, "Serious enemy needed to justify Pentagon budget increase. Defense contractors desperate." Same day: a CBS poll found that 66 percent of Americans did not think a recession (extant, but not yet confirmed) was reason enough to tap Social Security. September 6: Bush invented another exception. "The only time to use Social Security money is in times of war, times of recession, or times of severe emergency." September 11: he had all three. Lucky Bush.
These extraordinary coincidences have gone unremarked in the media, who have entirely missed that the terms of the "trifecta"--note that the word connotes something you bet on--was never mentioned until two-and-a-half weeks after Bush's August 6 briefing and days before 9/11. (He has since claimed the 'trifecta' was a campaign promise. This is a lie.)
