Now Your Honor, as you recall, I presented a number of Briefs before the court at my last appearance before your bench, and it has occurred to me that I neglected important matters, and it has also occurred to me that there is more that could be said on these matters.
Osama gets a nose job
I draw your attention above to exhibit O your Honor. This is a scene taken from the phoney video tape that the White House saw fit to release to the public, with some phony actor playing Osama bin Laden supposedly gloating over 9-11. Now as you would recall, Your Honor, I was outraged by that video, and I was also real mad at lots of people since no one seemed to be making a big deal out of that fraud. Apparently, Your Honor, people are so demoralized, or so desensitized, that the fact that some Joe Goebbels propaganda was being spilled out like bilge water did not really move them to wrath. Well, it angered me Your Honor. In particular, Your Honor, I want to remind the Court of that time when I went to a store and there, sitting on a rack, was my local Newspaper, or perhaps I should say, my local Rag, because, as you are aware, I regard that thing as a Rag, Your Honor. Now the reason why I feel this way is that I looked at the cover of my local newspaper, Your Honor, and there was the fat face of that actor filling almost half the front page of the paper with some screaming banner headline above it having something to do with ‘bin laden confesses.' From that day I have not touched that newspaper and would not touch one, unless it was to put one out for the dog. Your Honor, my paper was bought out by the Hollinger Group, which is in the news lately, owing to some theft of money by Conrad Black that was alleged to have taken place. I want to say here, today, before Your Court, Your Honor, that I have not forgotten the offense that bought out and corrupted newspaper caused me to feel. Furthermore, that odious offense of having that fat face on the front page of that bought out, Joe Goebbels newspaper, has convinced me that the time has come for newspapers and the press to become a sacred public trust. Obviously selling my local newspaper to a right wing extremist like Conrad Black was not in the public interest, and it wouldn't improve matters any to sell it to some other hawkish right wing billionaire. Our politicians sold us down the river, Your Honor, and changed the laws to allow rich right wing hawks to turn out newspapers and our press into a conduit for offensive propaganda. The results speak for themselves. Therefore, what has been done can be undone, and I propose before this court, that our press must become a public trust, free from the influence of billionaires and independent of the pressure of advertisers. Information and truth and accuracy are a sacred public trust, and these billionaires have violated our trust, and they have certainly caused no end of harm to society, having turned our information sources into a Joe Goebbels type of propaganda outfit.
Now your Honor, one might ask why it would so important for my local right wing propaganda organ, what used to be a newspaper, should actually do something so odious as feature that fat faced actor on the front page. It was obviously not bin Laden, and certainly the editors knew that just as I knew that, and thus we can assume that the editors behaved deviously and set out to deceive the public in my hometown, in the hopes that there were not to many people in town like myself, and thus they could succeed. Now if you follow the link to the brief accompanying Exhibit O, Your Honor, you will see that the war against Afghanistan was planned months before 9-11, and thus it became necessary to blame Osama, and given how Osama would not confess, it became necessary for some fat actor to confess on his behalf, so that 9-11 could be cynically exploited to facilitate a pre-planned invasion of Afghanistan, and thus build that all important pipe line.
I will remind the court that I have pointed this out to both pew and pulpit, by bringing these facts to their attention.
Now we know that under current standards of International Law, the greatest war crime of them all, as defined under the Nuremberg Laws, to which the government of the United States is a signatory, is to plan and execute a war of aggression. It is obvious that both the Afghan war, which was fought to install a pipe line, and the Iraq war, which was launched under false pretenses, and is actually a fine example of power politics and oil intrigue, fit the definition of a war crime under the Nuremberg Laws. The Iraq war, like the Afghan war, was actually being planned almost from the moment this administration came into office, and once again, had nothing to do with 9-11.
The point I wish to make here, this morning, Your Honor, is that I brought these matters to the attention of both pew and pulpit. Now as I mentioned previously, it is an accepted principle of jurisprudence that a conspirator is just as guilty as an actual perpetrator. I also brought to the attention of the court how I also informed both pulpit and pew of the evidence of crimes against humanity committed by their government in Washington, D.C. I am referring here to the mass murder of one million peasants in Indonesia. I neglected to mention the war crime committed by the Reagan administration which launched another aggressive war against Nicaragua, and which violated all standards of decency, by instructing their mercenaries to behave like terrorists, and bomb schools, medical clinics, and other civilian infrastructure, and just generally wreck the economy of Nicaragua. To this day, as I am sure you are aware, Your Honor, Nicaragua remains an economic basket case, and certainly Washington has not coughed up a dime to fix any of that wide spread destruction caused by that criminal war crime, a violation of the Nuremberg Laws as well, which, you will recall, was condemned by an International Tribunal on those grounds, a judgment which Washington ignored with contempt.
Now if International Law is to have any meaning, and if Law and Order and Common Justice is to be held in other than contempt on this planet, it follows that there must be no one above the law, and that everyone must held accountable and stand as equals before the Law. This would include the criminals and gangsters in Washington, Your Honor, who have committed one War Crime after another. Furthermore, I brought to the attention of this court, and to both pulpit and pew, the evidence of further crimes against humanity which have gone unpunished. I remind the court of Washington's involvement in the slaughter of kids in Argentina, and I also remind the court of the notorious School of the Americas where Washington trained the torturers and murderers responsible for filling those mass graves in Latin America. As you would know, Your Honor, currently they unearthing the corpses of Indians in Guatemala from some of the mass graves at the present time. The guilty have gone unpunished. They have granted themselves immunity. And certainly Washington has done everything possible to ham string the new International Court, and when you consider the crimes against humanity and war crimes of which that place is so very guilty, you can understand why fugitives from the international law would be destroying the institution of the International Criminal Court. Unlike ordinary gangsters, they feel that due to their powerful position, they are free to obstruct justice, and protect the guilty while destroying the innocent.
Now I know that such abominations will not be tolerated in Your Court, Your Honor. However, I also know that these abominations are tolerated in both pulpit and pew. For I have brought these matters to their attention, and they have sided with the fugitives and the gangsters. Not only do they support these violations of international law, they also support the destruction of the International Criminal Court. Therefore, Your Honor, I charge both pulpit and pew with mass murder, with war crimes, with torture, and with obstruction of justice. Since a conspirator is as guilty as a perpetrator I ask that this court, in addition to dispensing justice against Washington, D.C., and calling them to account for their gangsterism, also charge both pulpit and pew with crimes against humanity. Treat them as you would treat all mass murderers and war criminals Your Honor, and pay back into their laps exactly what they deserve. Since they support Pharaoh, let them share in Pharaoh's judgment.
I stand before this court this morning to fully argue my case and I turn to Your High Court for justice, since justice on these matters has proved impossible to find on earth. It is also true, Your Honor, that the corruption is not to be found just in high places, but rather is found to have spread from top to bottom. The fact that no one cares, that no one responds to the call for justice, that the cries of the weak and the helpless get no answer, and that the powerful are protected and shielded from below have caused justice to disappear from the land. I am just a plaintiff in this case and not the judge myself. Others are free to make the case for the defense, if they feel that such a case exists, and you are free to hear their arguments, assuming that they have any.
I would also like to remind the High Court of the pain I have experienced during the time I have been in service to you, Your Honor, in particular the pain I experience when I realize that there are those who live in darkness, and are unaware of the Honor and the Glory of this August Chamber. Your Honor, my case is just. Therefore I cannot lose. However, should it be the case that you should rule against me, my greatest concern would not only be for the loss of prestige and honor that would befall this August Court, and you, yourself, Your Honor, but also the loss of those who will remain in darkness, robbed of the light that can only come when Your Judgments are known in the Earth.
Long ago, when this all began, in Banff National Park, you brought me great relief from pain, and you lifted a great burden from my shoulders. However, from that day, to this very day, I have not been able to find rest, since to this very day I am constantly aware of those who are also heavy laden and carrying an onerous burden, and they have no rest. I ask you to bring the Light of Your Judgments into the world to bring them the same relief that you brought to me so long ago, at Banff, and bring them rest, which will also, finally, after all this time, bring me rest as well.As you would recall, at Banff I asked you about the starved babies, and you answered me with a glorious sign, and a promise, which was Your Covenant. Far be it for that Covenant to be defiled. Therefore, for the sake of Your High and Honored Name I ask for your judgment, and I ask it also for the sake of the weary and those carrying heavy burdens. Grant them a garland of praise, instead of bitter ashes.
I asked you about those starved babies so long ago, and you answered with a promise delayed. During the time of this delay, Your Honored Name has been cursed and reviled. The time has come for your Honor to be restored in judgment.
Now I must ask, your Honor, since you do care about the starved babies, just how large a pile of corpses one must pile up, before pulpit and pew feel moved to action. Again and again I have told them that the ‘donations model' results in wide spread death and destruction. Again and again I have told them that we need is taxation and adequately funded social programs. Over the last four years, as I have tried to make my case with these stubborn people, the pile of bodies has swollen to over 40 million, and this is on top of the many hundreds of millions of victims that have fallen since the day I first encountered you, Your Honor. I will remind the court that just in these last three years the victims of that worthless ‘donations model' are already more than 7 times the number who died in the Holocaust.
Therefore, you honor, I state here today, that I have made a mass grave in the church courtyard, and have piled it high, and yet these people refuse to listen. They stop their ears so as not to hear. They are just adamant in their stubborn refusal to listen to your Law. How large a pile of corpses is required to convict these people of their sins? Shall we allow them to destroy millions or tens of millions of more lives? Certainly the case has been made, and there has been enough pointless, needless suffering, and therefore I ask you for judgment.
