The Highest Court in the Land

It would be worthless to prosecute a case before the Highest Court if the Highest Court did not exist. Furthermore, if the court was known to exist, but was also known to be corrupt and deaf to cries for justice, then it would be an pointless exercise to appear before that court. A sensible person would understand that they had lost the case before they even began to address the court.
Now at this point I am going to suggest that there is no need for me to begin to argue my case before the court, by starting from the very beginning, by establishing that the court exists. In the past I have filed petitions before the court, and received a satisfactory response. You see, this is not the first time I have filed a case before the court, and the fact that I have received favorable rulings from the court in the past is an indication that the court is not deaf to those who stand before the bar and appeal for justice on some matter. So then I know from long, long experience that the court exists, and furthermore I think there are enough clues and shreds of evidence scattered about to suggest to others, who have not shared my experience, that it is at the very least reasonable to assume that the court does in fact exist. I do understand the inflexibility of the human mind, which is limited by personal experience, and so at the present time it might not possible for others to live fully in a new world because they have been conditioned by their personal experience, and this excludes the world I am describing. But given time that can change, for after all, I live in a new world because of experience and there are others who live in an old world, and once again this is due to the influence of personal experience, and these things can, and will, change over time, so that where I am now others will be also, even if it should be the case that they cannot exist there at the present. As for the question of whether or not it is futile to pursue justice in the Highest Court, I say that the fact that the court has ruled favorably on my behalf in the past is an indication that the court is just. Therefore, if the court is just and my case is just then I can anticipate a favorable ruling.
Therefore I will not bother to argue my case by beginning at the beginning, and first establishing that such a court exists. If there are those who require more evidence that the court exists than what I have been able to provide, then I would suggest that they pursue the avenue of suing the Pentagon, or perhaps NASA, since the evidence that exists there is more than adequate to prove that another world already exists, and that is knowable, indeed, it is already known, but only by a few. I would also remind people that perjuring oneself in court is a crime, and it would also be a crime if it is practiced in court by those who are supposedly so powerful that they are in some way supposed to be above the law. Similarly, withholding evidence in a court case is a criminal act, and brings with it charges such as obstruction of justice. Those who wish to pursue all legal actions in traditional courts might consider pursuing this angle, with the argument being that such information is so important, so central to human understanding of their true place in the universe, that withholding such information is an unacceptable offense. Win or lose, I feel that such a case would be worth the effort just to watch certain powerful and influential people take the stand and struggle with perjury, or perhaps they can take the fifth or something similar and that would be revealing as well.
The Case for the Prosecution
I am not a lawyer, but fortunately the fact that a person cannot afford a lawyer or cannot find a lawyer makes no difference to the Highest Court. What matters here is justice, and the fact that justice is being perverted and corrupted as those in powerful positions manipulate their influence to elude justice, and the power of the lower courts is rendered ineffective.At the heart of my complaint which I place before the court today, is the principle that justice for one is justice for all. There can be no partiality before the law. And therefore there can be no difference between a perjurer in high places or a petty perjurer. There can be no difference between a two bit child abuser and violent child abusers in high places. There is no difference between an act of state sponsored theft, acts of robbery backed up by military force, and the act of theft practiced by a common thief. Similarly if a small time crook acts to subvert justice by helping a murderous thief escape justice, this is no different from when powerful people protect and shelter powerful murderers and thieves, even lending logistical and military support to the powerful and assisting them in their crimes of crushing the weak and the helpless.
Furthermore, the laws of conspiracy dictate that a co-conspirator, while perhaps not directly responsible for the commission of a crime, is nevertheless guilty of the crime if through an act of conspiracy they aid and abet the one who actually commits the crime. So therefore, as one example, when a church congregation, once confronted with the crimes of the ministry, rallies around the ministry, and over the years resists all efforts to seek justice and prevent further criminal conduct, it then follows that if the minister is guilty so is the congregation. Similarly, when individuals are made aware of the criminal conduct of their powerful officials, and then the crimes are allowed to go unpunished, but rather the criminal conduct continues, it then follows that the individual is shares in the responsibility for the crimes committed and earns a share of the punishment for the guilt incurred. So then, as just example, we know that all over the Americas the Indians were wiped out, ripped, slaughtered and robbed, and we know that to this very day this historic act of theft has gone unpunished and that no satisfactory legal remedy has ever been sought. Rather the crimes continue, as governments are overthrown when they favor the brown skinned peoples of the Americas, who are then made to disappear or who are buried in mass graves, and this conduct continues to this very day. White people are once again plotting to overthrow the government of Venezuela because the government promised brown skinned people a very modest ‘poverty reduction program.' This would require taxes which white people refuse to pay.
Now under the laws defining the sacredness of private property Venezuela belongs to White people. Their ancestors stole it fair and square. When these white people temporarily installed a right wing dictatorship in Venezuela, the coup plotters were warmly welcomed by the Bush Administration in Washington, who congratulated them for ‘overthrowing a tyrant'. In this weird world view, plotting a military coup d'etat is ‘democracy in action'. Now the White House has once again, following a tradition of crushing brown people all over the Americas in the last century, supported the White People of Venezuela, who you always see in great numbers at anti- government demonstrations on the streets of Venezuela, while the pro-government demonstrations are massive outpourings of Indians and other black and brown skinned poor people. So we know, your Honor, that nothing has changed, and that violent White Racism and all the devious conduct that goes along with it practiced by uncharged criminals in high places continues right to this very day. Furthermore, we know that there is powerful resistance among white people all over the land to seeking genuine justice for the wrongs of the past, and therefore it is not surprising that justice never comes, but rather racist injustice continues to this very day.
Now we know, your Honor, that all these White People understand quite well that they are living on stolen land. They know very well that they are thieves. This would include white people in churches and white ministers. Nevertheless, your Honor, ministers have the gall to stand up before their congregations, and before the entire country, and speak about how you, your Honor, have blessed their land and given them riches as the just reward for their righteous conduct. They say this, even though it is a well known fact that for centuries White People practiced brutal racism against the brown and black skinned people of this planet. As I mentioned previously, your Honor, this is common knowledge and everyone knows about colonialism and everyone knows about the endless robbery and theft. It's called colonialism and imperialism, your Honor. As everyone knows, given that it is common knowledge, what you do is you steal all their stuff and then sell it yourself. Its called colonialism and it is how the poor people got to be so damned poor in the first place and also how these white nations became so wealthy. Nevertheless ministers have the gall to stand up before the greater congregation and white wash their ongoing criminal activity, by thanking you for their wealth, your Honor, and the congregation, people who listen to liars, who are indeed, eager to listen to liars lap it all up. Therefore, it is just, your Honor, for me to stand before the High Court this month of February 2004 and lay charges not only at the feet of ministers, but I also charge the congregations with conspiracy, and I suggest to your, your Honor, that it is just then that the larger congregation be charged with the same crimes as those more powerful individuals whom they consistently support.
Furthermore, your Honor, as you well know, I have been busy since 1996, when, as you are aware, I was sent out by the court with a mandate to investigate whether or not it might be possible to seek reforms in this place and thus avoid punitive justice and the inevitable punishing judgments which would of necessity be imposed by this court should mediation efforts fail. As you also know, your Honor, I appeared before your court once again in the year 2001, seeking a judgment against the Summit of the Americas in Quebec City as well as judgment in favor of Eden, and the court was pleased to hear my petition at that time. I also remind the court that an agent of the court was also sent out at that time (here I am referring to the agent of the court which appeared on the cameras of the Space Shuttle outside the International Space Station, your Honor, as I am sure you are aware). Years have gone by since then, your Honor, and during that time your court appointed agent has been disregarded, and in order to smooth the path ahead for further acts of aggression and injustice, the papers your agent served at that time have been kept hidden. Therefore, your Honor, the previous judgment of this court has been defied, and the papers your agent served have been burned, and the Honor of this High Court has been defiled by being hurled into the dust by criminals and gangsters. As well, your Honor, as you have known, I have spent the last few years attempting to correct the churches by bringing to their attention your judgments delivered publically during the Summit which occurred on Earth Day, 2001. During that time this news has spread far and wide here and there throughout the churches, but, your Honor, as you know, their has been wide spread disobedience to the instructions which you authorized me to give to the churches at that time. As you know, I gave them written instructions at that time, and they have burned every copy they could get their hands on, both minister and prophet, layman and church officer have behaved wrongly and unjustly on this matter. They have made every attempt to impede my progress, your Honor, and as you are well aware, they are currently mounting attacks on me, laying charges against me of being ‘a false prophet working false signs and wonders to deceive churches' and also they charge that I am not one hundred per cent perfect, and thus they charge, am guilty of failure and thus can be charged as some kind of ‘false prophet'. Now your Honor, I have noticed that the ministries are begin to lose money, and there are signs of financial difficulty, and so I would assume then that quietly, behind the scenes, you might say, I have accomplished a little over the last three years, and since they are alarmed at that loss of money, this explains why they are mounting these attacks against me, Your Honor. However, whatever progress I have made has been paltry, and perhaps I have managed to reach out to a small remnant, but as you know your Honor, wide spread corruption and oppression continues to be practiced in the church, as ministers lie to my people, who listen to liars.
I bring this matter to your attention, your Honor, not because you are unaware of these matters. I know that you are in fact aware of them, but rather I mention them once again to remind this court that the High Court has been more than patient while your rulings and judgments have been consistently trampled underfoot. We also know, based on past behavior, that this conduct will continue in the future, and that indeed, as we both know, your Honor, as you knew before you sent me, and as I have discovered with the passage of time, this criminal conduct, this endless defiance of the High Court, will continue up to the very day that punitive justice results in the punishing judgments you wished to avoid when you first sent me to these people. This being the case your Honor, the only question that remains is whether enough time has passed to justify imposing your punishing judgments at this time, or whether further patience is due. Now, your Honor, both you and I understand that there is almost no probability that this planet is going to escape punitive justice and punishing judgments. Furthermore, the judgments of this court have been trampled underfoot for almost three years, and the messenger you sent as your personal agent has been defied. Furthermore, very powerful people have taken action against you and this court, Your Honor, in that they have taken steps to ensure that your messenger not be seen or heard. The ministers and priests and preachers and prophets who falsely claim to speak as agents of this court have conspired together with these powerful people to silence your personal messenger and the agent you sent, just as they have conspired to silence me and not listen to anything I have told them your Honor. Given then, that we both know that they will continue to do this until the very day they face your justice, your Honor, there is little to be gained by delaying justice anymore. Furthermore, your Honor, as you know, I informed those churches that they would have until the year 2004 to settle this matter, and now it is 2004, and, if those churches get their way, they will connive and scheme right up to the year 2005, and then rejoicing, they will declare victory over the judgments of this court, over you, the Judge, and over your messengers. Their minds are so perverse that they would celebrate the triumph of their own sinfulness, and the ongoing death and destruction that results from their activities.

There are so many things I could bring to the attention of the court today, your Honor. As you know these people practice racism in their prison system, and this is just a reflection of the world at large, which suffers constantly from their endless acts of greed and racism. We know on the one hand, that they keep unemployment high, on purpose, to keep wages down and maintain the power and influence of the powerful and the influential. If unemployment gets to low, their official policy is to jack up interest rates until millions are thrown out of work. Nevertheless they are also ‘ending welfare as they know it.' At the same time they are handing out big fat tax cuts, and gutting programs. Then they are throwing the poor into prisons, and the prison population is disproportionately black or brown, since the poor are disproportionally black or brown. They have doubled the wealth of the wealthy in the last twenty years while increasing the poverty of the poor, and this has happened all around the world. They promised in the 1980s to ‘cut in half the number of small children they starve to death every year' reaching this half assed goal by the year 2000. During that time they did the opposite, doubling the amount of poverty while doubling the wealth of the wealthy elites in poor countries. Now they are making the same empty promises again, your Honor, this time setting some worthless date around 2020, and then we will begin again. When they are caught in their sins, they lie. They claim they ‘don't have the money', while they cut taxes, and at the same time the personal wealth of the most elite of the elite currently sits at over 20 trillion dollars.
These people know that they impose the death penalty on innocent people. They have been confronted again and again with the evidence of their faulty justice system, and thanks to DNA testing the truth about their vengeance has been completely exposed. Nevertheless, they remain bloodthirsty, and their ministers cry out for blood, using your name, Your Honor, and their congregations, who listen to unjust and who listen to liars, prop up the system by giving it their support. Therefore, your Honor, just as these people know that they are thieves, living on stolen land soaked in blood, which their ancestors stole, and just as these people know that they are vicious child abusers, they also know that they are serial killers, and even though you bring this matter to their attention, and it is common knowledge, they continue to cry out for blood, and nothing can deter them from their murderous ways. Indeed, even their President is a notorious serial killer, and the fact that he has murdered the innocent again and again, is no doubt the preparation he required to murder many thousands of the innocent in Afghanistan and then go on to the same based on some pack of lies in Iraq. He lost no sleep in Texas, even though he was a serial killer of the innocent. The facts speak for themselves. The people they execute are once again disproportionately black or brown. Therefore, your Honor, since these people are serial killers, and they know they are murderers, and they themselves are aware that they are killing the innocent along with the guilty, I ask the court to treat them as they deserve, by giving them the punishment that is due to a people with a long, long history of serial killing, and endless blood soaked history of destroying innocent lives. Given, your Honor, that these people are self confessed killers of the innocent, I ask the court to give them a judgment which is the fitting justice for such unrepentant murderers.
Briefs presented to the Court
Now your Honor, as you know for the last three and half years I have kept busy filing briefs to be presented to the court, and if I were to stand before the bench today and fully recount it all, there would not be enough hours in the day for me to complete the task. Therefore, your Honor, I ask the court to enter into evidence the following briefs as supporting evidence for my case against this planet.The American government was involved in the mass murder of one million Indonesian Peasants who were leftists, during the so called 'Year of Living Dangerously'. (As the correspondance indicates, they did not expect to caught for participating in that massacre for, "The chances of detection or subsequent revelation of our support in this instance are as minimal as any black bag operation can be." The long list of such 'black bag operations' would be extremely lengthy (for example we know that Kissinger wrote to the murderers in Argentina, telling them to hurry up and finish murdering and disappearing kids before the end of the year ('we understand what you are doing') because Washington was having a difficult time keeping the mass murders out of the Press. The Bush administration supported the coup plotters in Venezuela, prematurely welcoming them into power...maybe next time those right wing extremists can actually hang onto power for longer than weekend...) Washington is also supporting the regime in Columbia, helping the oligarchs hang onto the stuff they stole during the age of colonialism, by disguising their involvement as first part of the war on drugs, and now as part of the 'war on terrorism.' I would also like to bring to the attention of the court the following Bible briefs. As you would know, your Honor, I spent the months before Earth Day 2001, preparing these Bible briefs. My intention was to clearly expose the deceit of ministers who tell lies about the 'perfection of the infallible Bible.' Now as we know, your Honor, only the most evil and disgraceful parts of the Bible must be defended, since what is honorable can defend itself. It is the intention of these devious and dishonest ministers to call darkness light and light darkness so as to defame the name and the honor of this court by smearing your name with genocides, murders, thievery, and every other sort of worthless nonsense. The argument they use to support their worthless policy is that 'the Bible is God's inerrant word.' Therefore I exposed them, and as you know, they are so morally depraved, that it is pointless to expose their dishonesty. Nothing but punishing judgment will ever result in these sorts of people becoming clean. The corrosion is to deep. It will not come off. Only fire will rid them of their corrosion.
As examples of what I mean you can consider how Hosea clearly condemned the book of Kings and Judges. Jeremiah condemned the Torah as forgery. The Book of Job is actually a damnation of the worthless theology of the book of Proverbs (where are we are told such stupid things as 'Tornadoes only knock down the houses of wicked people', 'No good person ever starves to death', 'Only evil people have their house burn down in a fire.' and so on and so on.) The book of Joshua consists of contradictory sources and also contradicts the book of Judges. The gospel of Matthew consists of heavily edited versions of material found previously in The Gospel of Mark. From about chapter 6 onward Matthew follows Mark's gospel, not a coincidence, and edits everything for obvious theological reasons. History cannot be edited. As well, the introduction to the gospel of Matthew is entirely fictional (for example no massacre of the Jewish babies every took place, as the Jewish people have always said for thousands of years). The book Numbers provides an alternate history to that of the Exodus account, which itself is not history but rather contains parables which were a commentary on the later Golden Calf incident. Creation science based on the book of Genesis is filled with nonsense. The story of David and Goliath consists of two separate stories that were spun together. The inconsistencies in the Torah are to numerous to mention here. The Bible Code is a pile of crap. When we examine the origins of the Virgin Birth story we understand that Matthew made the whole thing up because he was a fundamentalist. There are innumberable contradictions in the chronology of the Bible, where, for example, the history will tell us that Jewish people were in Egypt for 400 (or 430) years, while genealogies tell us they were there for less than 100 years and went from a few dozen people to millions of people during that time, breeding faster than rabbits do. A war God told Israel to commit genocide and take the promised Land. Why this War God did not do this dirty deed itself is a question no one has ever answered, even though I have asked the question again and again.False Prophecies are found in the books of Jeremiah and Ezekiel among others, but nevertheless the lie is constantly told that the books are stunningly accurate.
I ask the court to pass judgment on this dispute I have been involved in with ministers for many years. Is perjury acceptable, when it is a pious fraud, being done 'for the good of the gospel.' Is the filth and murder and violence of the Bible just sacred, so holy that it must be protected at all costs, even when their own prophets condemn the practice. It is obvious to all decent people that their minds are warped, and so when I request judgment on this matter it is only a formality.
Now as for the wonderful fulfillment of prophecy known as Israel...I am so sick and tired of this obscenity, your Honor, I can hardly bring myself to address the issue one more time. You see, when someone else is living on some land and you steal it that is a crime, not a prophecy. Shall this High Court be implicated in war crimes and crimes against humanity, just because Christian ministers and their so called 'prophets' are completely brainless? Now as for the occupying Israeli soldiers, we know that they even managed to shit on the photo copiers.. The phrase Guns and Moses pretty much summarizes the propaganda approach of generations of leaders of Israel, and they supply the guns while ministers supply the Moses. I have a page of Israel links to enter into the court record, and I think that among the most notable of these pieces would be, Jewish/Christian Right call for Biblical scale massacre of Palestinians, or how about Palestinians the new American Indians, which exposes the so called 'generous Oslo Agreement', which assigns constantly shrinking reservations to the Palestinians, which should be familiar to everyone, being after all a repeat of the horrible crimes of history. Consider also a collection of filthy Bible verses that ministers use to stir up genocide and theft of land in the Middle East, or my October Weblog focus on Settler violence against Palestinians which never gets prosecuted in court, Your Honor, and so I place this corruption of justice before you today. As well we know of Jewish settlers annual ritual of shooting at Palestinian olive pickers. The gross perversion of the Christian church is best indicated by the kind of warped and twisted perception of justice that has infected their minds due to filthy Bible verses, which causes them to see murder, oppression, and theft as being acceptable and holy conduct, even a fulfillment of prophecy. Judge them as they deserve.
Punitive Damages and Punishing Judgments
Now your honor as I stated previously I am not a lawyer, but I also know that it is not a requirement that I stand here, today, before this court with all the eloquence of lawyer. Nor do I require a long list of legal precedents, nor do I need to be concerned that perhaps there is a court somewhere that is higher than Your Court, and nor do I need to concern myself that this court is corrupt and thus unjust.I have given my opponents one month to appear before this court and refute my case and undermine the justice of my cause. If my cause is just your Honor, I ask, not for my sake, but rather for your sake, and for the sake of the dignity and honor of this Court, and for the sake of the Glory of your Law, that you see fit to render a just judgment on Ash Wednesday, February 25th, 2004. In doing this, you will be stating that not only is my case just, but that it was indeed this Court that ruled in my favor when I appeared before you during the weekend of Earth Day 2001. You will be clearly indicating that it was in fact your envoy who appeared following this time, and that it was in fact this court and your Law that these people have defied for the past three years. You have given them time to clearly establish their guilt, and they have done so, and it is clear your Honor that they will never cease and desist in their murders, their thefts, their oppressions, or their warring or their greed, and that therefore all that remains is that they face the judgment of this Court. The alternative is to besmirch the sacredness of this bench which I stand before today, and the dishonor, which belongs to them, will come to you, Your Honor, and to your Law which will never be respected.
Therefore, I ask the court to give judgment in my favor. I ask that the court assign the appropriate monetary damages and in addition to this large fine, I further request that the court assess punitive damages as well, in the form of the California Earthquake. I request these punitive damages for the purposes of receiving payment of the monetary damages I am requesting here today as the judgment of this court, and I will remind the court that it will be impossible to squeeze a nickel out of this place, unless its going to cost them a dollar, in which case that nickel will start to seem like a real bargain. However, your Honor, should you rule in my favor, and what I suspect will happen does in fact happen, and they refuse to pay their fine, then your Honor I ask that I be allowed to approach the bench again so as to ask this court to impose further punitive damages.
I propose that the monetary fine imposed on this planet be sufficient to achieve the following objectives. First of all your Honor, there must not be even one child left behind. No more will people go hungry, or children starve because they don't have a nickel. I propose that the required taxes be raised and the appropriate programs put in place to achieve this objective, so that on this planet, no one will ever go without food for another day again. Furthermore, this will be done immediately. After all starving and going hungry and dying of malnourishment, which is the type of violent child abuse done by the powerful and the weak and the helpless in this place, well it hurts like hell. Anyone who was experiencing this misery would not want to wait twenty years for some half assed solution. Whatever steps need to be taken will be taken promptly and immediately, and your Honor, should this not be the case I propose that further punitive sanctions be placed upon this planet. It is my understanding that there will be no progress unless these people understand that delay is going to impact their pocketbooks, thus costing them a fortune, and making that social program seem like a bargain in comparison.
The time has come to rectify an old wrong, and this means wide spread reform throughout the poorest nations in the world. Those who robbed and stole their way to the top during the age of exploitation and colonialism have left behind a legacy of violent injustice and robbery. Now the time has come to bring justice and right the wrongs of the age of imperialism and colonialism. Now as you know your honor, in a country like Columbia, a tiny handful of oligarches own three quarters of the best land and an equally high amount of the nation's wealth. This pattern repeats itself around the world (for example there are the notorious 12 families of El Salvador, or was that 7 families). These people are the beneficiaries of centuries of robbery and theft, and are also well known murderers who have never faced justice. The crimes committed by those oligarches in El Salvador are so horrific they are difficult to speak of (here I am thinking about the mass murders, and the notorious field of death, where corpses were left out to rot as a warning sign).
It is well known that such murderers as those in El Salvador are graduates of the School of the Americas in Georgia where the powerful in Washington have trained torturers and murderers of dispossessed Indians for many decades. It is a matter of public record that Washington was deeply involved in the disappearances of kids in Argentina, and it is also well known that murderers have escaped justice and remain in place throughout Latin America. Therefore, I propose that it is now time to establish once and for all, the International Criminal Court of Justice, and no more will the gangsters and the fugitives from International Justice in Washington, D.C. be able to avoid capture and prosecution for their murders. Around the world, those allies of Washington, those murderers and torturers who granted themselves immunity from prosecution will face justice for their crimes, your Honor, if you rule in my favor.
All these things and more will I do your Honor, and I vow before this court today, that I will never grow weary, nor will I rest, until I have established your Law on Earth.
As for the violent injustice of White Racism and the legacy of Colonialism, I intend to deal with this problem of mass graves and the disappeared and massacres such as that American sponsored genocide in Indonesia, by fulfilling the vision of certain ancient Jewish prophets. Now, your Honor, as you know, the hypocrites never stop chattering about ‘prophecy', while doing everything they can to see that prophecy is not fulfilled. Therefore, it seems appropriate to fulfill prophecy, thus honoring ancient prophets by restoring their lost honor, having been dragged through the stink and the muck by the violent robbery and theft of Israel which is then paraded in public as ‘prophecy fulfilled.'
Therefore the time has come to fulfill prophecy by honoring the vision of prophets and this means two things : land reform to undo the damage of colonialism and prosecution of those who have committed mass murder and soaked the land in blood. So therefore, the time has come for land reform, and for justice to be dealt out to the guilty. Since these people have set up sweat shops, and they know they have set up sweat shops, and they work others like slaves, therefore they must also be fined by paying decent wages. For if they act like Egyptians, let them be fined like an Egyptian. So then let that much beloved ‘prophecy' be fulfilled. As follows :
Isaiah 5:7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the people of Judah are his pleasant planting; he expected justice, but saw bloodshed; righteousness, but heard a cry of distress! Woe to you, you who join house to house, who add field to field, until there is room for no one but you, and you alone own all the property in the land! The LORD of hosts has sworn in my hearing: Surely many houses shall be desolate, large and beautiful houses, without inhabitant ... Therefore Death has enlarged its appetite and opened its mouth beyond measure; the nobility and her multitude go down, her throng and all who exult in her. People are bowed down, everyone is brought low, and the eyes of the haughty are humbled. But the LORD of hosts is exalted by justice, and the Holy God shows himself holy by righteousness. Then the lambs shall graze as in their pasture, fatlings and kids shall feed among the ruins. Woe to you, you who drag sinful crime along with cords of falsehood and constant lies, who drag evil sin along as with cart ropes, who say, "Let GOD make haste, let GOD speed to do this work that we may see it; let the plan of the Holy One be brought quickly to fulfillment, that we may know it!" Woe to you who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Woe to you who are wise in your own eyes, and shrewd in your own sight! Woe to you who are heroes in drinking wine and valiant mixers of cocktails, who acquit the guilty for a bribe, and deprive the innocent of their rights! Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root will become rotten, and their blossom go up like dust ... Therefore the anger of the LORD was kindled against this people and struck them; the mountains quaked, and their corpses were like refuse in the streets. For all this GOD's anger has not turned away, and GOD's hand is stretched out still.
Like Amos, I am outraged by the sweat shop slave trade, and the arrogance and greed of this White Dominated World...
Amos 8:2 "Amos, what do you see?" And I said, "A basket of summer fruit." Then the LORD said to me, The end has come upon my people; I will never again pass them by. The songs of the temple shall become wailings in that day, the dead bodies shall be many, cast out in every place." Hear this, you that trample on the needy, and bring to ruin the poor of the land ... buying the poor for silver and the needy for a pair of sandals, and selling the sweepings of the wheat. The LORD has sworn by their arrogance: Surely I will never forget any of their deeds. Shall not the land tremble on this account, and everyone mourn who lives in it, and all of it rise like the Nile, and be tossed about and sink again, like the Nile of Egypt? ... I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your hymns into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on all loins, and baldness on every head; I will make it like the mourning for an only son, and the end of it like a very bitter day.
Like, Micah, I propose land reform, to return the lands to those robbed blind during the age of Colonialism, for this is their rightful inheritance. Like Micah, I propose that their oppressors retain not even so much as one square acre.
Micah 2:1 Woe to those who devise wickedness and evil deeds on their beds! When the morning dawns, they perform it, because it is in their power. They covet fields, and seize them; houses, and take them away; they oppress landholder and take their property, and they rob a people of their just inheritance. Therefore thus says the LORD: Now, I am devising against this family an evil from which you cannot remove your necks; and you shall not walk haughtily, for it will be an evil time. On that day they shall take up a taunt song against you, and wail with bitter lamentation, and say, "We are utterly ruined; GOD alters the inheritance of my people; how he removes it from me! Among our captors he parcels out our fields." Therefore you will have no one to cast the line by lot in the assembly of the LORD (you will lose every single square acre).
Like the early Church which is represented by the Gospel of Luke and Acts (the most ‘left wing' of the Gospel narratives) I propose a tax system that adequately funds all social programs, so that no child, and no adult either, ever again gets ‘left behind'.
Acts 4:32 Now the whole group of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one claimed private ownership of any possessions, but everything they owned was held in common. ...There was not a needy person among them, for as many as owned lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold and it was distributed to each as any had need.
And thus, once ‘prophecy is fulfilled' shall they sing Mary's left wing song of celebration....
Luke 1:46 And Mary said, "My soul magnifies GOD, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for GOD has looked with favor on the lowliness of GOD's servant... GOD has shown strength and has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts, and has brought down the powerful from their thrones, and lifted up the lowly and the weak; GOD has filled the hungry with good things, and sent the rich away empty...GOD has helped, in remembrance of mercy, according to the promise made."
In conclusion your Honor, I stand once again before this court, this time to plead for justice, which has already been to long delayed. As you know, this is the last time I will appear before this bench, and today I place before you not only my case, but also everything you have given me up to this time. I place both myself, and my case, before you as a demonstration of the faith I have always had in you. Who could have believed what they have heard? Does a woman become pregnant and then fail to give birth? Does what is planted not spring up and become a garden? Act now and so open the eyes that remain blind and unstop the ears that cannot hear, and glorify your Law and restore Honor to your Court and to your Judgments.
Now as for those opponents of mine, I now stand aside, having made my case as best I can, your Honor, and I turn the court over to them. Let them make their case. Let them bring forth their best arguments, so that people will hear them and say, ‘That is the truth.' I have done all that I can do, and now together we shall go to the place of judgment.

It is to early to tell for sure, but I am beginning to think that the possibility exists that I might be about to get an early reply, a sign as it were, either in the form of rivers in the desert, or possibly another one of those 'Eden Wings'. There are some strange similarties between this latest satellite image and the images during the Summit of the Americas. For example, there is this spinning vortex over the Middle East which is pulling this cloud bank onto the Sahara. Perhaps it might be possible to stop humanity from hanging themselves, although I would not be optimistic on this point, or at the very least it might be possible to motivate people to action, depending on what actually happens here...Should it happen that either rivers flow in the desert or even better, that thing becomes one of those strange wing shapes made out of clouds, it would indicate to me, that I already have my answer, and this would then be a matter of grave concern since it would indicate that we already know what is going to happen on Ash Wednesday...I would hope that something happens right now, although at the same time I would not be moved to optimism if it did, for the corrosion on this planet is to deep. It will not come off. Only fire is going to rid this place of its corrosion... An early reply?
