Normally I answer what email I receive immediately. But this week I just have not been in the mood. I mentioned previously, when I was in a more cheerful mood, that I received a plug in the e-zine, NetSurfer digest, which has a circulation of 120,000. My jaw hit the floor when I found out, and I felt very priveleged and honored. After all there are supposed to be about one billion pages on the Internet, and they feature maybe 10 or 20 in an issue, so the odds of getting mentioned there would be about 10 or 20 in a billion, I would suppose. I anticipated a click through of at the very least 1 or 2 per cent, which would have given me one or two thousand visitors to this site, or who knows, maybe even five per cent, even if it was only by curiosity seekers looking for interesting novelties on the net. When I began to receive correspondance that indicated that access to my site was being interfered with and blocked, it was the most painful body blow I have suffered in all my years. But I have wised up. It never occured to me that such things could take place in what is supposed to be a democracy. I never imagined, but now I know. Democracy and freedom of speech are tenuous things at the best of times, nd those who are constantly on the alert for violations of our fundamental rights and freedoms are right to be on constant vigil, or so my experience has taught me. But these are the types of lessons that a person has to learn. As for a lawsuit, these types of things can be very difficult to do successfully, and since considering this as my first option, I have since come up with alternate plans, informing whomever it might concern, by briefly posting a couple of pages on my site on the matter. In short, I will continue to advertise my site, seeking witnesses to the events in Melville, and trying to generate traffic to my site and to my Bible critiques, but I will be spending more money in the future to include my mailing address (surfing by snail mail, a new concept. It will be interesting to see what results.)
On my bulletin board I found a posting by a 'Mormon' who used the word 'f****ing'. I was considering deleting his post for that reason, but he did use the '***' and fortunately did not spell out the whole word. In the future I hope that angered dogmatics in the churches will refrain from using profanities on the board. If anyone would be interested in reading a selection of quotes about prophets being considered raving lunatics in their own time (including Christ) then follow this link to my message board and look for the replies to the post with 'f*****ng' in the title.
Now speaking of 'crazy prophets' I will post the following URL to a church sanctioned website (a website on which I was not allowed to be listed by the way). There are a large number of listings of websites of prophets located here. Some of these prophets are genuinely disturbed, or so it would seem to me. But they are disturbed in the right sort of way, spreading about dark superstitions, the sort of thing churches approve of, and not a single one of them that I have seen follows in the tradition of the Jewish prophets and practices protest against the religious orthodoxy of the day or the type of Biblical criticism that I practice, and that Jewish prophets practiced, as I describe on my site. (These 'prophets' are 'part of the system', certainly a novelty in the history of prophecy, but it does explain how they got listed and I did not.) Anyone who wants to surf through page after page of dark, superstitious broodings, ravings of damnation, and erroneous Biblical analysis and quotation can surf through the links on this church approved prophecy website, and then compare what you have read here, on this site, and come to their own conclusions. (The situation is similar to that described by the prophet Jeremiah, who described a whole host of 'prophets' in league with the religious authorities of the day. In my view these 'prophets' are guilty of not doing their duty, but that is how you get listed on a prophecy page by one of the largest church search sites on the web.)
Cross Search prophecy links page
You know when I did not get linked onto that prophecy page, I was upset. But I am starting to cheer up, because actually to have things like this happen is in itself a strange kind of honor, and indicates to me that I must be doing something right. I have always said I wanted to spread the truth about the Bible, for this is the way to bring into check the power of the religious right. But when you consider history there has never been any example of a reform action where those doing the reforms were not persecuted, attacked as madmen and dangerous lunatics, and, as the Christian tradition itself testifies, the crucifixion after all being the symbol of this church, those who did these things were often killed. Why should I expect better (if only because I have a naturally optimistic personality). But if I got the very best then perhaps I should be concerned, but if I get mixed results (for me and against me, as Christ and the prophets experienced) then at least I know that I am standing firmly within the traditions of the past (for the more things change, the more they stay the same). And I would have more to worry about if I was listed at Cross Search than I have to be concerned about being rejected and not listed there. As it was said,
"Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they exclude you and revile you, and cast out your name as evil, on account of the Son of man! Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets. Woe to you, when all men speak well of you, for so their fathers did to the false prophets." (Luke 6:22)Speaking of people being either against me or for me

On the other hand I received an email telling me to 'move to another country' because no one is interested in hearing what I have to say here. And then again someone wrote
Well done and you can move world to good place. From PPRC Sri Lanka. Visit for Parspsychology etc. http://www.g-research.com/pprc.I would assume that 'other country' I should move to might be, let's say, Sri Lanka? And so it goes, back and forth, back and forth...
