I recently had the good fortune to recover an old UFO letter (or at least the first part of it) that I wrote back in 1975. I have added some links to the information on my story page and you can also find it at the bottom of my navigation tips page. The editors of the Canadian UFO report printed the opening section of my letter, which described the events that took place in Banff Park in August of 1974. The remainder of the letter, which describes what then followed in Melville, Saskatchewan, was not printed, but then it was a very long letter. I also sent long letters to every UFO organization that was famous enough in the mid-70s for me to become aware of them, and I specifically remember sending a letter to J. Allen Hynek, and the organization he founded is now known as CUFOS - the Center for UFO Studies, and I have contacted them in the hopes that one of my longer letters describing those events might be located in their archives. I also plan to advertise my site throughout the winter, both in the hope of finding witnesses to the events of the summer of 1974 in Melville, Saskatchewan, and (the worst case scenario) also to generate some hits on my site, thus allowing me to educate people about the Bible, and protect them from religious dogmatism. Any form of religious fanaticism or fundamentalism can only thrive in the darkness and in an atmosphere of ignorance and prospers on the superstitions that then result.

Now, while I am the topic of superstitions, I thought I would say a few more words about that Lamb Dragon controversy I have mentioned on the last couple of feedback pages. This is a very touchy subject for me, and it provokes a strong response. First, as I describe in my letter from 1975 the object that I saw first moved into a little cloud, and then later it returned surrounded by a great shimmering rainbow. "It was wrapped in a cloud. The rainbow was on its head." (Revelations 10). I practiced some self censorship when I wrote these letters, and I remember specifically that in no letter did I mention praying beforehand after mourning starving babies, something I mention on my story page, because I was afraid that no one would believe me, and in this particular letter I also did not mention those roaring sounds that also accompanied the movement of the craft. As for my taking up the practice of the critique of the Bible and Christian theology, this comes from my interpretation of Revelations 11 where it says there, 'measure the temple, the altar, and count the worshippers there.' In the thinking of the early church, the church was the temple ('built of living stones' to borrow their terminology), the altar on which those churches perform their worship is the Bible itself, and as for 'counting the worshippers there' only time will tell.

So I bring this up to make a point. I could be the '666' Lamb Dragon, a practicing Satanist, who gets 'mixed up in the occult' or I could just as easily be a prophet. And as for those church leaders who are so opposed to me, and so quick to start hurling charges about 'Satanism' and then even go so far as to start stirring up that whole 'Lamb Dragon' business, well all I can say is that they certainly show themselves to be bold in their arrogance, not to mention reckless in their conduct. It is a guessing game, after all. The situation is such in the churches that if I should venture into one of those churches and crack up open the story of David and Goliath, for example, or the books of the prophets, among other things, the people in that church will be shocked speechless. You see, it turns out that they really don't know the Bible, and when you consider how horrible the Bible can be, it is understandable if they simply go to church and trust some preacher to teach them the truth about what it all means. My Biblical critiques are impossible to refute. These are objective critiques and not simply subjective interpretations. These critiques just lay out the plain and simple truth, and since preachers so often do not, it will be the task of preachers to appeal to superstitions, find accusations to hurl, charges to lay, chief among them the charge of Satanism, and chief among those the charge of being 'the 666 Lamb Dragon'. This sort of thing evokes a powerful response from me, and it is just a rehashing of those witch hunts and so on that the church practiced for centuries, and which everyone thought was long past, but maybe not. I also find it shocking that preachers will not listen to Yahweh, while claiming to be speaking for Yahweh.

I had some suggest that when reading my counter critiques 'they gasped for air' so shocking did they find these critiques. I have also received feedback that suggests that one should live peacefully in the midst of this. People might find themselves 'gasping for air' a few more times before this is over, because I have my mind firmly made up that there is going to be discipline in the pulpits, something I am sure that they won't want to hear (who do I think I am). (Actually since I wrote this, I have again begun to waffle on the issue, and I am wondering if maybe just ignoring them isn't the best thing, but the harm that is being done causes me to waffle back again, back and forth, back and forth.) You can consider the examples of the last few days to be prototypical responses on my part to being labelled a Lamb Dragon. Frankly the things they do make me gasp for air, and have for years, and I just cannot ignore it and let them carry on unchallenged. (For those of you who are unfamiliar with what is being discussed here you might consider consulting my critique of TBN and CrossTV or if you really want to gasp for air, you might read my response to the Lamb Dragon charge. Then to wash this all down with something more reasonable, you might read my discussion of taboos, taboos which by the way those in the pulpit can so skillfully exploit to their advantage. You might then visit another site that does the same sort of work that I do, with the difference being that they are atheist protesters against the church and I am a believer, The Freethinkers Site - Infidels.org. They are part of that great protest movement against the church out on the Internet, and so I am, and despite our profound differences on the matter of atheism being 'the rational choice' I have to say I respect their protest movement and approve of that part of their work.

To get back to this issue of 'the 666 Lamb Dragon', as I mentioned above, I could be either a prophet or a Lamb Dragon. It seems to be a guessing game. You see, if there is a lesson for those churches to learn here, the first would be that yes, Yahweh exists, and Joshua rose from the dead, so if they are behaving like this because secretly they think there will be no tomorrow they are mistaken. Second lesson to learn, you really should not provoke Yahweh, or Yahweh will give those churches an answer that will make many people 'gasp for air'.

The mainline churches are collapsing at a rapid rate. I plan to post a short piece on a the research done by a Canadian Sociologist Reginald Bibby. In his book, Fragmented Gods, The Poverty and Potential of Religion, he details the rapid collapse of the mainline churches that began around the turn of the last century. When the data is graphed it shows a steep and unrelenting nose dive. As Bibby points out, the only churches that seem to be thriving are what we would call 'the religious right', but even these churches are not actually growing by appealing to the culture at large. Rather they feed off the decaying bodies of the collapsing mainline churches and, despite what you hear about 'revival' in our culture, these churches have to run just to keep position (as many people leave each year as arrive). The religious right is the biggest church, and while you might hear propaganda about how the world has 'one billion Catholics' I can testify, having gone to a mixed Catholic-Protestant High School, and having many nominally Catholic friends and aquaintances throughout my life, that being 'Catholic' is just a label (its like saying you are Irish) and really doesn't mean much in actual practice. A 'real' Catholic is something quite different, and who knows how many 'Catholics' there might actually be. I have never known many, so perhaps a more accurate figure might be one or two hundred million world wide. As for the largest church, it is the religious right. For example they have fifty million members in the United States. As for the mainline churches, I have visited Anglican churches, and have been astonished at the large number of grey hairs in the congregations, and we also have a mainline church in Canada known as the United Church, and as I describe it, they are boarding up United Churches about as fast as old people can die. It would seem to me, just based on observation, and not sophisticated statistical analysis, that it is the elderly who control the destiny of these churches, and these churches are in decline for that very reason. The times are changing, but those churches cannot respond.

Turn on your TV set, or surf the streaming media on the Christian Internet, and all you will encounter is propaganda streaming out from the religious right. This is a reflection of the modern day reality in the churches, in that those with the money and the power are the leaders of the religious right. We are talking here about a multi-billion dollar business empire, built on ignorance and superstition by the way. It is unlikely then with such political influence and such large sums of cash involved, that the pulpits are going to be willing to repent, but rather they will try that other strategy of focusing on 'Satanism' and 'the Lamb Dragon' charge.

Now about that Lamb Dragon charge. Let me just say this. I will never build no statue of no beast, and then force people to worship it. I don't care who buys and sells what. I will never, ever mark someone's head with a mark. When I am dead people can look back over my life and make note of the fact that 'he never got around to marking someone's head.' At this time the whole 'Lamb Dragon' controversy should be finally settled once and for all. As I have tried to tell people for years, it was those filthy and disgusting space devils that did that to me (those dirty rotten things). I find it disgusting to see how preachers will then pick up on what those space devils started and go about finishing off the job. If only they could see themselves the way they really are, instead of the way they think that they are...

t is inevitable that I am going to face problems from the leadership of the churches. They are able to exploit certain rebellious qualities in human nature that make people get dogmatic in spiritual matters. The end result of this type of thing is the crucifixion, and in spiritual terms, this is the meaning of the crucifixion, or better said, this is the meaning of the rising from the dead. First truth can be objective, and if someone rose from the dead, it is pointless to suggest that they did not. It gets nowhere in the end. The truth simply just is whatever it is. Second, you just cannot nail innocent people in this universe and get away with it. This is what it all means, and as the situation developes you will see Yahweh revealing things about human nature that need to be revealed (for example, there is a line in the Koran that states that there can be no more prophecy and no more prophets until the end of time. Quote unquote. Unfortunately they would appear to be wrong, but they have also shown themselves to be dogmatic and in the end it will not work out for them. But before they fail, they will also lay charges and hatch plots and hurl unfounded accusations, and do all the things that people do when some dogma is questioned. This is the meaning of the crucifixion, by the way, and it is the meaning of the rising from the dead. I don't go looking for trouble from Muslims, but I get it anyways, and it remains to be seen what other religious groups have dogmas that cannot be questioned or challenged.)

Now there is some 'duality' present here. What I mean is that if you read my story page, and then read my 1975 letter you will find that allusion to a prophet ('it was wrapped in a cloud, the rainbow was on its head'). And then when you consider the '666' you find an allusion to a false prophet, the Lamb Dragon. The way I interpret this dualistic presentation is as follows. For years the churches played a cruel guessing game with people, and they still do. You have to guess if a certain sacrifice is true, and if you guess wrong, you get burned with fires forever. This is their interpretation of the meaning of the crucifixion, and it goes without saying that they aren't going to listen to Jeremiah, and they certainly aren't going to listen to me, when I bring every prophet with me to tell them that this narrow interpretation is a twisted way to interpret scripture. So we must redefine the meaning of the crucifixion, and for those churches, that will mean the churches will now be called upon by Yahweh to play a guessing game. That's right, its a guessing game for churches now. As I tell people, you don't want to be provoking Yahweh, or Yahweh will give you an answer that is in keeping with your conduct. As the old saying goes, 'the way you treat others is how Yahweh is going to treat you.' So now we are playing a little guessing game for churches. It seems appropriate to me, and it best explains what I see going on here, from Yahweh's point of view. And to help redefine the meaning of the crucifixion, Yahweh will also supply those churches with a hammer and a box of nails, and as I have seen, the pulpit seems to interpret this as an open invitation to crucify someone, which it most likely is, but that doesn't mean you should take up the offer. Unless you have to, I mean. If that's the only way to destroy your arrogance and your stubborness, then so be it, I would suppose. Where there is a will Yahweh has a way.

I received the following email, which mentioned that I had been featured in a net 'e-zine' (which was news to me, but nice to know). The e-zine, is part of the site 'Cosmiverse' and I have to say I am so surprised that they would feature a link to my site in their 'e-zine' and it seems to be such a scientific site. You will find lots of great links to stuff about the Hubble space craft and outer space at this site. I will be including a link to the 'e-zine' on my site, as well as my thanks...

I was introduced to your site through an article in the Cosmiverse news letter and I must say I am impressed. I was born and raised in a strict Catholic environment and though my whole forty-one years have been an aversion reaction I still love and respect my parents and appreciate the values they taught me. Even so, we live in a more modern world now and I feel that the beliefs we hold should be tempered with modern knowledge. As my psychology teacher said "What we think we know today we will prove wrong tomorrow."

I agree with your premise that Bible study should go hand in hand with Ufology as one has a great potential to impact the other. I am not of the opinion that the Bible should be discarded -at least not yet. Our civilization does need a code of moral ethics, but I have always feared the severe Right-wing faction that tries to compel us to take the literal interpetation of the Bible, especially when it is their authoritarian interpretation.

Keep up the good work!
